Sarah Ann (Ruddell) Helms died on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Sarah was born on October 11, 1939 to the late A.C. and Margie Ruddell.
She was a 1957 graduate of Lebanon High School. Sarah attended both Butler University and Indiana University where she was a member of Phi Beta Psi. Sarah was a homemaker and a member of the State Assembly Women’s Club and Psi Iota Xi. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Alan; children Linda Lamson, Bradley Helms, and Beth Willson; grandchildren Alyssa Lamson, Aly Wilson, Graydon Willson, Ava Willson, Drew Divin, Elizabeth Divin, Cassidy Helms and Addison Helms.
