Mrs. Sara Price Tillman,”Good Momma,” age 89 of Route 2, Ariton passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at her residence. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Survivors include her daughters, Gaye Shipes of Ariton; Susan (Joe)Puccio of Eufaula; Janice (Austin) Snellgrove of Margate, Florida; one son, Allen Tillman of Knoxville, TN; sister, Jean Hartzog of Clio, 10 grandchilren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Tillman and son, Terry Tillman and siblings, Lillian Kettler, Sam Price, Ann Sibert, Mack Price, James Harvey McRae.
The family wishes to give special thanks to Hazel Evans, a family friend and companion. Many thanks to Jody Knight, a special Alacare Hospice Nurse and family friend.
