Sara Bess Vaughan Edwards, age 97 of Nashville, TN entered into eternal peace with her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday morning, June 15, 2017. She was born on February 24, 1920, daughter of the late Howard N. and Bessie C. Vaughan.Sara graduated from Goodlettsville High School in 1938 and attended Middle Tennessee State University. Sara married William E. Edwards, Jr. in 1950 and they were happily married for 11 years until he was tragically killed in a motor vehicle accident.
