Santiago was born January 19th, 1966, in Michoacan, México to Santiago Ponce Avila & Maria Martha Hurtado Vega.
Santiago worked at Rigby Produce for approximately 15 years and was well known and liked by many.
Santiago was a great friend to many, a very caring and loving man who would give you the shirt off his back. He was always respectful and always willing to give a helping hand.
Santiago is survived by his partner, Lucy Galaviz of Rigby; his loving sons, Juan Carlos Ponce of Idaho Falls, Adrian Ponce of Boise; his loving daughter, Marissa Ponce of Boise; three beautiful granddaughters, and five brothers and four sisters.
Santiago is preceded in death by his father, Santiago Ponce Avila; his brother, Florencio Ponce Hurtado; and sister, Margarita Bedolla.
