Our darling Mummy, the bedrock of our family. You are our measure of beauty, elegance, strength and kindness. Your determination took you from your Batti roots, to the highs of city life in Colombo. Your tough resolve took us to London so we would have the education and grow up to have the lives you wanted for us. Your adventurous spirit, allowed us to come try life in the USA in your twilight years. There are not many people who have met you who have not been charmed by your presence, beauty and generosity. You are our world Mummy and we can’t imagine life without you right now. We are grateful you won’t be in pain anymore and can be with Daddy and Ammammah. Till we see you again our darling Mummy. ❤️❤️❤️

PSP is a rare degenerative neurological disorder, dibiliating functionally and trapping the patient in their body’s shell! PSP stands for Progressive Supra-nuclear Palsy.
Our darling Mummy, Luxshmie Srikantha, lost her fight with PSP (a degenerative neurological condition) at 8:50 am on Sunday, August 1st, 2021. She passed away peacefully at home (in Dallas, Texas) with her 3 daughters and grand-daughter by her side. We hope and pray that she is pain free and her soul is at peace!
