Sandy Pascar, a resident of Stoughton, passed away comfortably / peacefully with her loving family and friends by her side at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Friday August 25, 2017. She was 70 years old and the beloved wife of Harley Pascar and the loving mother of Cindy Gallagher and her husband Kevin of Stoughton and Allen Kapson and his wife Lori of Holbrook. Other survivors include her two sisters, Gayle DiCenso of Foxboro, Carol Coyle of Cambridge, her brother Bernard Heaney III of Baldwinville, MA, her 4 grandchildren, Sophia Kapson and Michael Kapson both of Holbrook, Colleen Gallagher and Brendan Gallagher both of Stoughton and her great-grandchild Emma Kapson also of Holbrook.
