She was born on October 27, 1942 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Harold Hamilton and Edith Frances Clyburn McCullough.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pastor Brian L. Leiter in 2005.
Sandra was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
She was employed as a Secretary by Maryland Correctional Training Center in Hagerstown, MD for 30 years until her retirement.
She was a member of Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Martinsburg, WV.
Sandra loved traveling and fishing with her husband.
She is survived by her daughter Sonja S. Donivan and her husband Chuck of Martinsburg, WV; twin brother John H. McCullough and his wife Leanna of Martinsburg, WV; grandchildren Kandice O. Eckert and her husband Shawn, Chuckie W. Donivan and his wife Chelsea, and Brian S.E. Donivan; great grandchildren Kamrie-Lyn, Grace, Michael, Wesley, Waylon, Josiah, Jessa, Gabriel, and Slade.
She was predeceased by a daughter Terri L. Britti.
