Sandra Kay Spangler, 62, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 surrounded by her husband and seven kids, if only they would have had more time together. She was born September 14, 1959 in Moberly to Lewis and Barbara (Davidson) Kessler.

She is survived by her loving husband Robert Spangler, her children; Eddie Lutz and wife Melissa, Jeremy Lutz and wife Cassie, Lance Suiter and wife Cherie, Matthew Suiter and wife Emilee, Brittany Viefhaus and husband Daniel, Kailyn and Kyle Oliver, siblings; Steven Kessler, Donna Bailey, Mark Oliver and Kevin Oliver, 14 grandchildren, mother in law Mary Spangler, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Daryl Kessler. Her mother Barbara was her best friend. They will forever be together.

Sandra was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister but her favorite role or title was Nana. She enjoyed planting flowers, gardening, reading and crafts. She enjoyed shopping even though she spent most of her time at home where all of her family gathered. Sandra cooked for them and always looked forward to their visit. Although she had a strong and resilient spirit she also had a soft spot for others. She took so many under her wing and would never turn anyone away. She wanted the best for her children and grandchildren. Sandra and Rob built a family with a strong bond not defined by last names or blood, but by commitment and love. Their marriage was selfless and they chose to love each other every day. Her memory will live on through her kids and grandkids.
