Cherished grandmother of twenty-five; great-grandmother of thirteen. Dear sister of David (Fran) Moseley, Carolyn (Ramon) Flores and Patty (Luther) Sanders. Daughter of Richard and the late Annarae Moseley. Sandra will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
