Sandra Overton Field, age 76, of Alpharetta, GA passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Glenn and Leslie Overton.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Barry L. Field; children, Tracy and husband, Jeff Davis, of Springfield, VA, Terri and husband, David Webb, of Alpharetta, GA and Robert and wife, Michelle Field, of Portsmouth, VA; and grandchildren, Allison Davis, Jackson Davis, Autumn Johnson, Ben Webb, and Andrew Field.
Mrs. Field was born on October 15, 1943 in Oxford, NC.
She was a 1962 graduate of Wakefield High School in Arlington, VA.
She was a secretary for the U. S. Navy for 10 years at the Pentagon. She enjoyed going on cruises and loved playing Bingo. She loved her dogs, Buddy and Rocky, and adored her children and grandchildren. Family was very special to her. She enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren playing sports and loved watching the Braves. She had a large number of friends that she cared about greatly
