Sandra Kay Ruffi (61) of Cocoa, FL passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones on August 4, 2021 after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Sandra was born to Doyce and Dora Walter on November 17, 1959 in Wynne, Arkansas. Sandra “Honey” Ruffi was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Jeffrey Ruffi, their two daughters Angela Ruffi, Beth Reed (George) and three grandchildren Annaliese, Piper and Geo. Also survived by her father Doyce Walter, two brothers; Danny Walter (Ning), Michael Walter, two sisters; Sherry Beyer (Don) and Sheila Koger (Rick).
