Sandra S. Fogle, 72, passed away on Saturday at ECU Health Center. She was the daughter of the late John Wilton and Lela Jones Sims and was the wife of Wayne Malcolm Fogle.
In addition to her husband or 56 years, Sandra is survived by her children, Patricia Rowe and fiancé, William Parrish and Shannon Fogle and fiancé Sharon McCall; sisters, Patricia “Pat” Farmer and husband, Jerry, and Linda Trowbridge; brother, Charles Sims; and grandchildren, Kayla Frisch and husband, Gavin, Cameron Fogle, Justin Fogle, and Alex Whaley.
