Sandra (Sandy) Crnokrak, nee Slone, age 58 of Collinsville, IL, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at her residence with her loving family by her side. Sandra was born August 29, 1962, in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She will be remembered for her wit, empathy, and loyalty to those she loved. She was a highly skilled and talented nurse and had extreme passion for helping others along with loving her dogs and cats as well as being involved with pet rescue.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband and family. Sandra was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Hillard Slone. Surviving are her mother, Jean Slone, nee Douglas; loving husband, Robert “Kent” Crnokrak of Collinsville, IL; daughter, Rachel Crnokrak-Hagan and son-in-law, Rob Hagan of St. Louis Missouri; sister, Tracey Slone of West Frankfort, IL; and grandchild, Tegan Donato of St. Louis, MO.
