Passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital. She was 78 years old. Sandra Burages was born on June 6, 1939 in Unionville, MI to the late Stanley and Virginia (Filipiak) Burages. Sandy was raised in Unionville and graduated from Unionville High School. Sandy met the love of her life, Thomas D. Bugenske, whom she married on January 14, 1961. They celebrated 57 wonderful years together. Sandy had a wonderful sense of humor, and would light up a room with her smile.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Tom; children: Todd (Lynnette) Bugenske, Mary Bugenske, Tom Jr. (Cammie) Bugenske; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one more expected in May.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters.
