SALEM – Sandra Bennett, age 73, died at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana. She was born January 21, 1945 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of the late Louis and Sylvia (Woods) Marko.
Sandra worked as a sewer for 20 years at Ort Furniture and previously in the laundry department at the Salem City Clinic. She was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene Bennett Jr., whom she married September 14, 1968; a son Don (Erin Galeoti) Bennett of Salem; a daughter, Julia Bennett of Washingtonville; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Leslie Marko.
