Samuel Padilla Jr. (Sammy), 28, of Hartford, CT, passed away on April 22, 2022. He was born in Hartford, CT to parents Janet Durham and Samuel Padilla on September 17, 1993.
Sammy was blessed with a large and loving family. He loved to draw and go fishing and enjoyed many outdoor adventures. He is remembered for being kind and soft-spoken and always having a big smile on his face no matter the situation. He will be dearly missed by all his loved ones.
He is survived by his son Avery James; Stepfather James Durham; Sisters Evangelina and Victoria Padilla; nieces and nephew (Liliana, Logon, and Emma). Paternal grandparents Carmen Padilla and the late Juan Padilla. Maternal grandparents the late Roberto and Evangelia Vazquez; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Sammy looked up to whom he called his “second family” Esther (Chuqui) Figueroa; Edgardo (Kaos) Agosto; Shania (bogie) Agosto and especially his brother Nicholas (Nick) Figueroa. Sammy and Nick were inseparable. Sammy will be missed by all who knew him.
