Sammi Jo Apodaca Revilla-Fernandez, 29, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019 in a tragic car accident.
Sammi Jo was born March 16, 1990 to Louis and Irene Apodaca of Brigham City, UT.
Sammi Jo was born and raised in Brigham City, UT. She attended Central & Mountain View Elementary Schools, as well as ACYI, Box Elder Middle School. She then graduated from Box Elder High School in the Spring of 2008.
In February of 2011, Sammi Jo met the love of her life, Niceforo (Tony) Revilla-Fernandez. Then after three years of dating they chose to seal their Eternal Love with marriage on February 14, 2014.
Sammi Jo and Niceforo (Tony) had only one son, Louis Quincey Apodaca. Quincey was Sammi’s whole entire world and she loved him more than life itself.
Sammi Jo had a gigantic heart in which she was always able to forgive easier than others and move on as if nothing ever happened. Sammi Jo had many hobbies, loves, and joys. Some of which included all arts, crafts, fishing, camping, and of course attending her son’s sports/football practices and games. She also had a huge love for cooking and was so very amazingly good at it. She was quite talented in so many ways.

Sammi Jo is survived by her husband Niceforo (Tony) Revilla-Fernandez, her son Louis Quincey Apodaca, parents Louis and Irene Apodaca, siblings: Roger (Christina) Apodaca, Joaquin Apodaca, Angie (Adam) Harvey and Teresa Apodaca, as well as four nephews, six nieces, and two great-nephews.
Sammi Jo is preceded in death by her niece Cera Kaylee Apodaca, grandparents Lino and Monica Apodaca of Corrine, UT, Rodger Canas of Hobbs, NM, Margarita Davis of Florida, and a special friend John McCoy.
