She is survived by her husband Rodney Fields; 3 stepsons Kurtis Fields, Nathan (Jenna) Fields & Brandon (Jennifer) Fields; 3 daughters Kathleen Smith, Sandra (Mitch) Diekman & Susan Smith; brother Jack (Linda)Trotter; sister Glendora Trotter; 7 grandchildren.
