Sally S. Freel, 91, of South Bend, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in her home. Sally was born on June 5, 1925 in South Bend, to the late Stephen and Mary Ann (Zielinski) Buszkiewicz. On November 29, 1952, she married Lamar R. Freel, who preceded her in death on September 15, 2011. Sally is survived by two daughters, Diane (Paul) Parlin and Joanne (Randy) Szymanowski both of South Bend; two sons, Stephen (Shannon) Freel of Tega Cay, South Carolina and Matthew (Mary) Freel of South Bend; two grandchildren, Mark Hazzard and Carly Symanowski both of South Bend; and three great-grandchildren. Along with her husband, Sally was preceded in death by two sisters, Isabelle Tatay and Anne Mnichowski; and six brothers, Joe, Walter, Casimir, Phil, Ted and Ervin Buszkiewicz. 3545 N. 3545 N.
