SALLY A. DERY, 63, resident of Deming passed away Wednesday February 8, 2012 in the comfort of her home with her family by her side after a 10 year battle with cancer.
Sally was born September 28, 1948 in Southington, Connecticut to Kenneth and Mary Allen Hale. She had worked in quality control at the Levington Manufacturing Company in El Paso and has been a resident of Deming since June 2007 having previously lived in El Paso. Sally was a member of the Deming Senior Circle and a member of The Grange in Cheshire, Connecticut as well as being a member of the National Grange.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Ron Dery of Deming; daughter, Tami Matos and her husband Angel Primero of El Paso, TX; brothers, Stuart Hale and his wife Judy of Newbury, New Hampshire, Donald Hale and his wife Judy of Lehigh Acres, Florida; sisters, Nancy Hale of Lehigh Acres, Florida, Cindy Schieman and her husband Larry of Lyman, NH, Janet Hale of Cheshire, CT; 3 grandchildren, Brittney Matos, Kaila and Bianca Primero; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins
