Sally Ann Degenhart, age 83, of Geneva, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Delnor Community Hospital with her husband Tom and daughter Ann at her side.
She was born December 5, 1937, in Chicago, the daughter of Stanley and Sally Jo (Krutkiewicz) Lipinski.
Sally graduated from Forman high school, Chicago, in 1954; went on to graduate from Mundelein College in 1959 with a degree in music education.
She married Walter Oldendorf (deceased) in 1959. Sally had daughter Ann in 1961 and son Walter 1962. They moved from Northbrook, Il, to Normal, Il, in 1967 when Walter took employment with ISU. They divorced in 1974.
In addition of private piano lessons, Sally was employed by Ed Ingold Realtor and Dr. John Foehr DDS, Bloomington, Il; by Furnas Electric, Batavia, Il, and Harris Bank St Charles Il.
She was preceded in death by her son Walter Oldendorf and her parents.
