Sally Agnes Brummett Vibbert, 83, Anderson, passed away April 29, 2010 at Ball Memorial Hospital-Muncie after an extended illness. She was born June 12, 1926 in Burkesville, Kentucky, and resided in Anderson, Indiana. since September 9, 1950.
Sally was a homemaker. She was of the christian faith, enjoyed her family, grandkids, cooking, gardening, being outdoors and playing music.
She is survived by her children, James Harold & wife Barbara Vibbert of Pendleton and Bonnie Jewell Vibbert of Anderson, South Carolina; sister, Rhea Morrison of Russell Springs, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Jamey & wife Nicki Vibbert of Lapel, Kelly & husband Dave Kirchner of Anderson, Indiana, Teresa Blair of Anderson, Indiana, Rene’ Pennock, Michael & wife Randi Hobbs and Randall & wife Jackie Hobbs all of Anderson South Carolina; 14 great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband whom she married October 4, 1941, James O. Vibbert who passed away August 14, 2005; grandchild, Kellye Hobbs of Anderson, South Carolina; parents, John Tolbert & Janie Carter Brummett and brothers, Jesse and Elbert Brummett.
