Sally A. Ochodnicky Age 77 of Owosso passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Memorial Healthcare surrounded by her loving family and friends.Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Nelson-House Funeral Home with Pastor Marlene Webster officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Tree Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Nelson-House Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.Sally was born November 1, 1936 in Saginaw, the daughter of Lewellyn and Renis (Tolfree) Green.She married Steve Ochodnicky Jr. on October 24, 1953; he predeceased her on August 17, 1999.Sally enjoyed reading and playing bingo and she looked forward to trips to the casino, camping and spending time with her family.Sally spent her life taking care of her family and home.She is survived by her children Deborah Ochodnicky (Steve Jones), Janice Ochodnicky, Richard (Sandy) Ochodnicky and Pamela (Larry) Kowalski; grandchildren Megan Winer, Kyle Ochodnicky, Jenny (Kevin) Ochodnicky-Collins and Amy (Nick) Reeves; great-grandchildren Aubrey Reeves, Kayleea Winer and Caeden Reeves; brother Bill (Judith) Shane; sisters Mary Ates, Sharon Konkus, Rose (Dale) Barror, Barb (Rick) Rosa’ and Darlene (Bob) Conrad; brothers-in-laws Robert, Tom, Terry (Judy) and Duane (Lynn) Ochodnicky; sisters-in-laws Shirley (Don) Domby, Betty (Frank) Jones, Diane (Larry) Goodwin and Judy Vura; several nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.She was predeceased by her husband Steve Ochodnicky Jr.; parents Lewellyn and Renis; sister Pat White; brothers Ed and Mike Shane; brothers-in-laws Rick, George and Jim Ochodnicky; sister-in-law Diane Ochodnicky.Memorial contributions are suggested to Shiawassee Council on Aging.Online condolences may be sent to the family at Nelson-House.com.
