Sally A. Davison, age 71 of Midland died at her residence on Saturday, August 11, 2012 after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
The daughter of the late Ralph and Georgia (Sentz) Childs was born on October 24, 1940 in Bay City. On August 22, 1959 she married Ronald Davison in Bay City. Sally was an avid bowler and served on the Board of the Midland Bowling Hall of Fame as Vice President and Secretary/Treasure for many years. She was inducted into the Midland Bowling Hall of Fame in 2003 and enjoyed bowling on several leagues. Sally was a member of the Homer United Methodist Church.
Sally is survived by her husband Ronald and their children; Matthew (Brigette) Davison of Midland, Mark (Mary) Davison of Grand Junction, CO, Ronda (Keith) Walser of Midland, Debora (Jay) Sylvester of Linwood. She will also be missed by her grandchildren; Brian (Maria) Walser, Adam (Samantha) Walser, Ben Davison, Christopher Davison, Tony Davison, Brad Davison, Scott Davison , Tyler Wice, step granddaughter Arianne Sylvester and her fiancé Ben and one great grandson. Sally is also survived by her brother James (Sharon) Childs of Traverse City and sister Dorothy LeVasseur and her fiancé John of Saginaw and brothers and sisters-in-law; Bob Davison, Barb Davison, George (Fran) Ostrander, Delores (Andy) Cutrera, Arnie (Barb) Ostrander and aunt and uncle Vernell and (Lucille) Sentz.
The family would like to thank Dr. Horness and his staff, the MidMichigan Regional Medical Center 4th floor and staff and the American Home Health & Hospice for all of their compassionate care of Sally and the family.
