Sage Martin departed this life at the age of 21 on September 20, 2020.
Sage graduated from Mariah-Franklin High School where he was loved by the staff, and lovingly called “son” or “nephew” by the faculty whose hearts he won over with his good, nurtured charm. His smile and contagious laughter were part of his unforgettable charm that will live on through the ages as he passed away a “Southfield Urban Legend” from a reputation that preceded him since a young lad.
Sage will be immensely missed by both his biological and Southfield families.
Sage was making small steps to get closer to God by Bible studying with Jehovah’s Witnesses. Through those studies he has learned of God’s will and plans for the future; therefor with heavy hearts we will mourn Sage, but also rejoice and give thanks to our Creator and keep each other uplifted in prayer as we live life to the fullest with bravery like Sage did!
