Sabine Mireille Niendorf

Sabine “Beans” or “Bean” was born in Berkeley, California August 26th 1979. She is the oldest daughter of Michael Moats and Pam Moats. She moved to Salmon, ID in 1981 where she spent her childhood and graduated from Salmon High School in 1997. Sabine was an academic who took great pride in her education. In late 1997 she attended Boise State University where she made the Deans list. From there she attended Idaho State University, Mesa Community College and back to Boise State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She married Brodie Niendorf in May of 2003. She worked at St. Lukes, Blue Cross of Idaho, and Trinity Health. The time she enjoyed most was playing with her two girls, sewing, crafting, camping, movies, music, socializing, and loved anything thing to do with fashion.
Bean is survived by her husband Brodie; their two daughters Danika & Harper; her siblings Michela & Gabe; her father Michael Moats; her mother Pam Moats; and her grandmother Doris Moats.
