A life long resident of White Plains, Tom was an Army veteran of World War II and a retired long time employee of Allstate Insurance Co. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Hope Provost Miller, two children, Ann Neville and her husband John, and S. Thomson Miller Jr and his wife Jane, two Grandchildren John Neville (Jennifer) and Kathleen Lemay (Roger) and four Great Grandchildren, Allison and Sarah Lemay, Otis and Cali Neville. He is pre-deceased by his brother Bill.
