S. Suzanne Mattingly, 59, of College Park, MD died on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. She was born in Washington, DC on September 19, 1956. She is preceded in death by her father, Virgil (Buster) Mattingly and survived by her mother, Charlene (Mac) Mattingly, her sister Beverly Mattingly, her brother Jeff and sister-in-law Cindi Mattingly and niece Rachel and nephew “J” Mattingly. Suzanne was a 1974 graduate of Lackey High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland in College Park.
She was controller at the American Anthropological Association for twenty-six years. She was a longtime (PAW) Partnership for Animal Welfare volunteer and a friend to animals.
Suzanne enjoyed time with her family and friends and especially her own pets.
