Ruth Wiley, age 87, died peacefully Friday, June 12, 2015 in Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana.
She was born January 10, 1928 in Jefferson County, Missouri. To R.C. and Elizabeth Wiley who preceded her in death. Both parents, a sister Ruby Wiley Sanders, a brother Theatrice “T” Wiley, and Nephew Carl Lee Jackson Sr. preceded her.
Ruth known affectionately as “Baby Ruth” or “Bae Ru” was an integral part of the family. She lived most her adult life in the Cassopolis and Vandalia area. Her latter years were spent at the Cass Home Ladd, Inc.
Ruth will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her niece, Vivian Jackson of Cassopolis; great nieces Vicky Lynn Jackson of Decatur, Georgia and Saundra Fuller of Dalton, Illinois; great nephew Carl Lee Jackson, Jr. of Garland, Texas; six great great nieces and nephews and three great great great nieces and nephews.
