Ruth (Richard) Senior 78, of Kennedy Manor, Clinton St., Woonsocket passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 17, in the Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late William M. Senior Jr. Mrs. Senior was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Alphonse and Lucie (Riquier) Richard. She had been an employee of Tupperware, Miller Electric Co, and Crimptex before retiring in 1994. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed spending time at Twin River.
She is survived by two sons; William M. Senior III of Burrillville, and Joel R. Senior of Woonsocket, three grandchildren; Tonya McBride, Jessica Demers, and Ryan Senior, and one great grandchild; Caiden Demers.She is also survived by four sisters; Rita Guertin of Cumberland, Vivian Amour of NH, Florence Decubellis of Cumberland, and Lorraine Leduc of Woonsocket. Mrs. Senior was also the mother of the late Sharon Meehan, and was the sister of the late Joseph Richard and the late Lucille Champagne.
