Ruth E. Sauer, 73, of Bloomington, passed away June 19, 2010 at the Bloomington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born, May 10, 1937 in Washington, IN, she was the daughter of Carl and Mable (Morris) Pershing. Loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed socializing with her friends and family.
Survivors include two sons, John Sauer of Waterford, MI, David Sauer (Stacey) of Bloomington, two daughters, Sheri Sheko (Dan) of Plano, TX, Linda Benedict (Kevin) of Detroit, MI, four grandchildren, George Sheko, Zach Sheko of Plano, TX, Brooke Sauer of Waterford, MI, Blake Seaton of Bloomington, four brothers, Don Pershing (Eleanor), Wilbur Pershing (Evelyn), Steve Pershing (Carla), Roscoe Pershing (Ann), four sisters, Helen Wiesler, Dorothy Allison, June Harshberger (Bob), Mary Ann Pierson (Larry) and several nieces and nephews. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Everett Pershing, two brother-in-laws, Don Wiesler and William Allison.
