Ruth Raper, 91, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012, at the Waters of Yorktown. She was born January 28, 1921, in Muncie, the daughter of Arthur and Glady Locke Kelbel, attended Muncie schools, and graduated from MuncieCentralHigh School in 1939.
Mrs. Raper was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Edward E. Raper, to whom she was married sixty-four years; two sisters, Evelyn Venable, Eaton, and Violet Mier, Greenwood; her care givers and close friends, Michael and Mary Greer, Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.
