Ruth C. Pratt,96, widow of Carl E. Pratt, died peacefully Friday Oct. 27, 2006 at St. Joseph Living Center, Windham, after a lengthy illness. She was born June 20, 1910 in Willimantic the daughter of the late Algot B. and Signe J. Clauson. A graduate of the Hartford Hospital School of Nursing, she was a longtime resident of the Avon / Farmington area. She is survived by several cousins and two step grandchildren.
