Ruth M. Welch, 88, of Woodbridge and formerly of County St., New Haven died peacefully May 5, 2011 in the Hospital of St. Raphael. She was born in New HavenJanuary 23, 1923, a daughter of the late Angelo and Raffaela Franco Antonucci. Mrs. Welch is survived by her sons, John and David Welch both of Woodbridge.
