Ruth (McDuffee) Anderson, 81 of Plainville, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at John Dempsey Hospital, Farmington. She was the wife of the late John E. Anderson, Jr.
Ruth was born on September 17, 1924 in New Britain to the late Leon and Rachael (Wood) McDuffee. She retired as an office manager for the Plainville Casting Company. Ruth was also active in the community serving as a Past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Ruth leaves her son, Richard Anderson and his wife Leslie, of Simsbury. She was predeceased by her daughter, Susan E. Anderson.
