Ruth Jeanine Thurber Bodily, 76, of Eagle, Idaho, died Friday, November 14, 2008 at a local care center, surrounded by her family.
Jeanine was born November 1, 1932 in Great Falls, Montana, the second of four children born to Daniel Pratt Thurber and Myrle Seegmiller Thurber.
Jeanine and Lee started their family in Utah, and after receiving her Ph.T. (Putting Husband Through) degree from Utah State University in 1956, Jeanine and Lee located to Palo Alto, California. In 1965, the family moved to Los Altos, California, where they raised their family and lived for thirty-one years before retiring to Eagle. Jeanine’s true love was her family, and her most important calling was being a wife and mother of six loving children.
Jeanine was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Rosemary; and her brother, Daniel Kay.
