Ruth B. Crittenden, 92, passed away December 13, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband Carroll Kenneth Crittenden, her son Kenneth Michael Crittenden both of Rock Spring, and her brother John Billingsley of Hampton, Virginia.
She is survived by her grandsons Michael (Diane) Crittenden of Rock Spring, Timmy (Tammy) Livingston of Knoxville, Tennessee, Logan Crittenden of Rock Spring, her daughter Carol Livingston of Knoxville Tennessee, and many great grandbabies.
