Ruth E. (Keetly) Clarke, 96, of 4000 South County Trail in Charlestown, RI, died on January 26, 2007, at the South County Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Leon W. Clarke.
Mrs. Clarke was born in Pawtucket, RI; she was the daughter of the late Ruth Ellen (Hoult) and William Keetly.
Ruth was a secretary for many years. Her first job being at the former Anna Conda Tap and Dye works in Pawtucket.
Ruth enjoyed painting, taking a ride to the beach, playing the piano and reading and she loved donating to different charities.
Ruth was a member of the Eastern Star and a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Charlestown.
She leaves her two loving cats Smokey and Bibby and two very dear friends, Lillian Horstmeyer and Thomas Webster both of Charlestown, RI.
She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
