Ruth Augusta Ross, age 98, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2017 at the Countryside Care Center in Rupert, Idaho of natural causes. Ruth was born May 5, 1918 in Rupert, Idaho to Carl Victor Carlson and Ida Ellen Larson Carlson. When she was two years old, her father passed away, leaving her mother to raise her and her twin brother Robert and six year old brother Victor.
She married Robert Floyd Snapp December 20, 1936. They were blessed with three children Jay, Sheryl and Susan. They divorced in 1970. She later married Larry Freeman in 1974. He passed away in 1999. In May 2000, she married a former high school classmate, Gerald Ross. He passed away July 10, 2015.
