Ruth Ann Franks, 47 of Terre Haute passed away Monday October 10, 2011 at 4:09 a.m. in her home after a courageous bought with cancer.
She was born December 7, 1963 in Terre Haute to Jack Loudermilk and Nina McKee Loudermilk.
Ruth was employed at Westminster Village. Ruth loved her family. She loved camping and campfires, mushroom hunting and Colts games. She also loved animals and being a mother. She enjoyed “social networking” on the computer and making blankets.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Loudermilk.
Ruth is survived by her mother, Nina Loudermilk; her husband, Robert Franks and two sons, Mark Lambert and his companion, Traci Hintz Schick of Indianapolis and Jonathon Franks of Terre Haute. Ruth is also survived by a brother, Greg Loudermilk of Terre Haute and sisters, Diane Scobee and her husband John of Greencastle, Paula Swearinger and her husband Bob of Brazil, Lora Edwards Anderson of Terre Haute and Vickie Carter and her husband Ted of Terre Haute. Ruth is survived by five nieces, 9 nephews, 9 great nieces, 4 great nephews, 1 great great niece and 1 great great nephew and her best friend, Sonya Doty of West Terre Haute.
