WINSTED – Ruth Ann Dreyer, 88, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at her home. She was the loving wife of the late Warren A. Dreyer who passed away in 2007. Born on November 28, 1933 in Greenwich; the daughter of the late Stanley and Alice (Livingston) Birdsell.
Affectionately known as “Ruthie” by her siblings, Ruthie was a very hard worker and worked for 23 years at Tenex in Danbury.
