Ruth A. Gardner Bruno, age 83, of West Haven, formerly of Milford, and beloved wife of Pasquale “Pat” N. Bruno, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Milford Hospital. Born on May 8, 1927 in Milford, she was the daughter of the late Alexander C. and Ruth Hawkin Gardner. Ruth was a very loving and devoted mother and grandmother and her family meant the world to her.
In addition to her husband, Pat, she is survived by her two cherished daughters, Jean Holland and her husband Daniel of Killingworth and Donna Bruno of West Haven, two grandchildren, Alexander and Jessica and a brother Robert Gardner of New Haven.
