RICHMOND- Cletis E. “Rusty” Gethers, 93, passed away Wednesday afternoon September 19, 2018 at the home of her daughter near Williamsburg. A daughter of the late Jesse Alan and Eva (Storie) Boggs, Rusty was born in Richmond, Indiana on December 29, 1924. She was a graduate of Centerville High School with the class of 1943. Rusty lived most of her life in Richmond and retired from Belden Corp.
