Russell William Engle, 80, of Trout Run, PA died Friday, November 11, 2011 at the Williamsport Home.
Born April 8, 1931 in Norristown, PA, he was a son of the late Russell and Margaret Beswick Engle.
Russell and his wife, the former Arlene Billou, were married December 26, 1953.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and worked as a truck driver for many years. Russell enjoyed hunting and traveling to Florida.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Russell W. Jr. (Doretta) of Pittsburgh, Lawrence B. (Kim) of Wernersville, Ronald (Patricia) of Coatesville and A. Lorraine (John) Ford of Honey Brook, a sister, Joan Engle Allen of Doylstown, eight grandchildren, Russell III, Dawn, Laren, Brittany, Ron, John, Jr. Daryl, and Dallas, six great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister Peggy Engle, a brother, Robert Engle and a brother –in –law, David Allen.
