GROVELAND – Russell L. Six, 83, of Groveland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 21, 2018, surrounded by his loved ones.
Russell was born in Jacksonville, IL on November 2, 1934, son of the late Allen Six and Genevieve (Westrope) Six. He graduated from Jacksonville High School and then attended the Culver Military Academy. Following the Academy, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy for four years and served on the USS Tarawa.
