Russell Leroy ”Bud” Adams, 86, went home to be with the Lord on July 4, 2006 at Countryside Manor, Anderson after an extended illness.
He was born August 18, 1919 in Jay County, Indiana, and resided in Anderson, Indiana most of his life.
Bud retired from Fisher Guide Division of General Motors. He was a member of Eastview Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by his wife whom he married October 19, 1946: Louella Antrim Adams. Daughter: Terry Reichart of Anderson. Son: Michael & wife Debbie Adams of Greenwood, Louisiana. Four Grandchildren: Shelly & husband David Lierman of Pendleton, Brent & wife Beverly Robertson of Columbia, Tennessee, Shane & wife Bianca Adams of Greenwood, Louisiana and Brian & wife Gina Adams of Greenwood, Louisiana. Seven Great Grandchildren: Dusty Robertson, Kaitlyn Lierman, Dawn Robertson, Courtney Lierman, Deveyn Robertson, Genavieve Adams and Thatcher Adams. Several Nieces & Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents: William ”Bill” & Laura Bennett Adams and four brothers.
