Russell G. Klopp, 76, of Cogan Station, died unexpectedly Saturday, January 5, 2019, at home.
Born May 11, 1942, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Glen R. and Lois (Getgen) Klopp.
A 1960 graduate of Williamsport High School, Russell served his country proudly in the U.S.
Russell enjoyed hunting and fishing. He adored his family and loved his children, grandchildren and dog, Poochie, all dearly. Some of Russell’s most cherished times were at family get-togethers and sitting on his back porch watching the wildlife on his property.
Surviving are two daughters, Karen Koch (John), of Jersey Shore, and Kimberly Hill (Robert), of Cogan Station; four grandchildren, Trevor, Hailey, Heidi, and Sesily; and two sisters, Ann Parke, and Doris Rowe, both of Montoursville.
