Russell James Allen, 68, of Idaho Falls, passed away on June 18, 2013, at his home.
He was born on February 15, 1945, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Buddy Gene Allen and Emma Ella Young Allen. He grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from Idaho Falls High School. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War.
Russell worked as a painter, in shipping, as a mechanic, truck dispatcher, heavy equipment operator and truck driver. He enjoyed auto restoration, furniture restoration, woodworking, fishing, and camping.
