Rugenia May Corathers, age 80, of Rt 2, Lost Creek, WV, died March 24, 2007 at 3:50 PM in United Hospital Center. She was born September 21, 1926 in Weston, WV, a daughter of the late Audie and Sadie Hess May. She is survived by one son, Lester A. Corathers, Jr. of West Milford; six daughters, Pam Corathers, Lost Creek, Linda Ash and husband Larry of Tennessee, Claudia Kasel and husband Kenny of North Carolina, Daphne Horner and husband John of Stow, OH, Jean Montgomery and husband Randall of Flemington, and Shellie Lefkowitz Bonnell and husband Chad of Tennessee; one brother; Dallas May of Hartwell, OH; 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Rugenia was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband Lester Corathers, Sr. who died May 11, 1988; by five brothers, Warder, Don and Jon (at birth), and Darrell and Dennis; and four sisters, Mildred, Jane, Lucille, and Rose. She was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith.
