Rev. Rudolph “Rudy” Moore, 79, of Fortville, passed away April 13, 2010 at Castleton Healthcare Campus in Indianapolis. He was born October 23, 1930 in Scott County, Mississippi to the late William T. and Lommie E. (Allen) Moore.
Rudy was a retired Church of the Nazarene Minister having pastored churches in Alexandria, IN, St. Mary’s OH, Chicago, IL, Lawrence, IN, Rushville, IN and Williamsburg, IN. He had also been a contractor who specialized in church construction.
Rudy was a member of the Fortville Church of the Nazarene and the Nazarene Church Builders Association.
He is survived by sons: Randolph R. Moore of Nashville, TN, Stephen A. Moore of Fortville and sister Mattie Wilcox of Indianapolis.
Rudy was preceded in death by his wife Leona Mae Moore and brothers Eugene and William.
